Are the prices on the website per person?

How can I make a reservation?
For reservation, you have to completely fill out and send the Online Reservation Form on our website. If your transfer time is less than 24 hours, you can contact us at +90 539 383 44 44 and get availability information and make your reservation.
How can I make the transfer payment?
You can make your transfer payment with our 3D Secure payment system on our website while making your reservation. If you do not want to pay by credit card, you can pay in cash to our customer representative at the airport or to the captain of the vehicle from which you receive the service. In addition, you can make a payment to our company account by bank transfer or eft system, at the latest one day before the transfer day.
How can I get an invoice for the transfer service?
If you want an invoice for the service you have received, you must notify us with your invoice information at the time of booking. Your invoice will be issued by our accounting department and given to you in your transfer vehicle.
How can I find you at the airport?
All our guests whose reservations have been confirmed will be greeted by our airport representative or driver at the exit of the terminal with a sign with your name written on it. If you cannot reach our welcome staff due to the intensity at the airport, if you reach us via SMS, phone(+90 539 383 44 44) or e-mail(info@icetransfer.com.tr), we will direct our staff to your point in a short time.
How can I cancel my transfer?
You can cancel your reservations up to 12 hours before your transfer time. If you have paid before, your transfer fee will be refunded without any deduction. Reservation cancellations with less than 12 hours left are not refunded.
What should I do if my arrival flight is delayed?
If there is a possible delay or delay during your arrival journey, no extra fee is charged from you. Our operations department monitors your flight information. However, since sometimes delays due to the airport flight system cannot be seen, you should definitely notify us of your delays by sms, phone(+90 539 383 44 44) or e-mail (info@icetransfer.com.tr). In case of delays after 2 hours, our company can use the right to change the program on your transfer vehicle.
Do you have child seats in your vehicles?
In line with your request, we put 1 child seat on our transfer vehicle free of charge. You must inform you want need a child seat at the time of booking.
Can I get transfer service on my return?
You can get return transfer service from your hotel, pension, holiday village or summer residence to Antalya airport, Gazipasa airport, Dalaman airport, bus station, marina or any point you want to reach. You must confirm your return transfer with our operations department at least 1 day in advance by calling, sms (+90 539 383 44 44) or sending an e-mail at info@icetransfer.com.tr. For your return transfer, you must be present at the agreed time at the pick-up point. Unless there is a special situation, it will be sufficient to be at the airport 1 hour before your domestic flights and 2 hours before your international flights.

From Alanya Region: Mahmutlar, Alanya, Konakli, Avsallar, Incekum, Okurcalar is 2.5 hours. From Side,Manavgat Region: Kizilagac, Manavgat, Titreyengol, Sorgun, Side, Kumkoy, Colakli, Evrenseki, Gundogdu, Denizyaka are 2 hours. From Belek Region: Bogazkent, Belek, Kadriye is 1 hour. From Kemer Region: Tekirova, Camyuva, Kiris, Kemer, Goynuk, Beldibi 1.5 hours. From Olympos Region: Adrasan, Olympos, Cirali 2.5 hours.
